Here in Higashimatsushima City, Touna not only cultivates oysters, but also produces and ships seed oysters (baby oysters), and the destinations are all over Japan from Hokkaido to Kyushu, and it has a good reputation from oyster farming areas. Great place for oysters. Also, since I grow oysters from seeds, I am proud that I know more about oyster growth than anywhere else. Based on that knowledge and experience, we are always thinking about creating the best environment for oysters, so when you come this time, we will tell you about your thoughts on oysters and the site of aquaculture, and work that you can do together. I wish I could do it while eating delicious oysters.

I thought oysters were a luxury item. In other words, I don't think it's a food that I have to eat. That is why I want to deliver delicious food to those who have eaten and want to eat. This isn't just me, I'm sure all the producers are. I only know about oysters, but I'd be happy if you could get to know and enjoy them through oysters.

I get excited by the cold
After all, I like the sea here where I was born and raised.
When I was in high school, I used to go out once, but I came back soon. It's often said that it's early in the morning and it's cold and difficult to land oysters in winter, but I think it's much harder to get on a crowded train in the morning. It's cold in the morning and it sometimes freezes, but when I wear a kappa and start the engine of the ship, I feel like I'm feeling good. I like that kind of life.
I like the time I spend playing with my children, but after all I like the locals because it suits me.

We not only grow oysters, but we also eat more oysters than anyone else, so we are particular about deliciousness and are making new attempts such as acquiring Oyster Meister.
